How do I select a date for the onsite visit?
Once you purchase the PC Health Checkup, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for the session.
What if issues are detected?
If we detect any issues with your software, hardware or backup, we will provide you with a full diagnosis and quote for repairing/ rectifying the issue. Any additional time spent onsite to assist with other IT issues will be charged at $130 per hour.
What is your refund policy?
Our PC Health Checks are non-refundable. Should you wish to post-pone the appointment, that is no problem, we will keep your payment on record.
How long do you need onsite?
For a single PC Health Check please allow 1-1.5 hours. For a double PC check, please allow up to 2.5hours and for a Family PC Health Check, please allow up to 3.5 hours..
